My Competencies Are:

• When quietly resting, my oxygen saturation levels are in the 100's.
• I suck well on my pacifier,
• I move my hands to my face and mouth.

Ways You Can Help Me:

• Offer me my pacifier when I'm awake.
• Make sure I'm tucked and flexed within my support walls, and provide plenty of hand containment when doing my care.

My Sensitivities Are:

• Noise - I sometimes twitch in reaction.
• You can hear me fuss when I'm upset.
• I squirm + stretch when uncomfortable.
